So, The Big Green Love Machine works in a simple way. Set aside an amount of time that suits you, your friends, family, colleagues or loved ones (ten seconds, a minute, an hour, whatever feels right). Then regularly, and purposefully – individually or together – let the world know what you want to send love to. ✨

It could be: your children; pets; family; home; health; trees; flowers; wildlife; the ocean; the food and water you have; the communities you are a part of; activities you enjoy; your work; people who are unwell or vulnerable; a beautiful sunset. Take your pick! Remember to include the oxygen that enables us to be here every day though. 😉

The Big Green Love Machine works brilliantly outdoors. There’s something about being in the open air that promotes love and positivity. But it can be done anywhere – at home, on a bus, in the office, in a bar. And you can do it anytime – morning, noon, night, or even in your dreams!
